Types of acne and their causes and my personal routine

 1. Acne on forehead: due to gastric problems, oiling of the head, any indigestion

2. Acne on cheeks: due to mobile fone use, due to dirty pillow and respiratory problem

3. Acne on nose: due to open pores and any cardiac problem

4. Acne on chin and jaw line: due to hormonal imbalance and oily skin

My personal routine is that I used a lot of products but nothing worked on my skin but recently I have been using aloe vera water I make aloe vera juice by mixing one stick of aloe vera cut into cubes and mix with water and then strain it and drink it daily it had personally helped me a-lot in losing double chin, belly fats and acne marks a lot still they are not cleared out but they have been declined a-lot and acne bumps have decreased to a minimum

Aloe vera improves blood minerals and glucose level plus it helps to remove toxins from your body making you feel light weight plus as a doctor my advice is to be used by diabetics because it help to lower blood glucose and fats levels Thanks

7 ways of how to pass etea entry test

Assalam o alaikum I am fourth year medical student and I will tell you how to pass entry test(etea) in easy way as I have passed it myself

1. My personal experience is that do not waste your time in entry test tuitions as I did not personally attend any tuition academy as entry test is all about your reading skills.

2. Read the six books matric fsc (3 each) a-lot very times as you can as I did them for about 6 7 times in my 2 months preparation time

3. When ever you finish full read attempt any past paper of etea to know if you have made it to the mark or not and it will help you design your skills in next read

4. Buy these academy books which ever you want but buy only one and when ever you complete any chapter do the mcqs there

5. Study at least 14 HOURS and do GOOD SLEEP as well so that you do not forget any thing

6. DO NOT leave summaries at the end of chapters marking them un important as there some things there that are not in the chapter as well

7. FOCUS on your goal do not double mind yourself or doubt yourself perform your salah on time and consult with Allah when you are nervous

If you want me to upload how to attempt etea let me know in comment section

My hijab story 🧕🏻

Hijab journey for many girls are sometimes easy sometimes difficult mine was a lot very easy but not from the very beginning I used to do hijab or more like scarf at school but at weddings or family functions I did not. When I reached my 15 age at a wedding I asked my mom that I want to cover my head because I do not like people or especially boys staring at me My mom at first brought some hijab for me I tried them then I do not what changed her mind she said if you want to hijab then the people there would say that if she is hijabi why is she here at the wedding I was discouraged and then left it After that I again decided to do that and when se said the same thing I said if you would not allow me hijab I would never ever go on any family function or wedding. She was silent then she asked me to do it I did my first hijab back 6 years ago and AlhamdulliAllah even at girls college I spend my two years in hijab everyone wanted to see my hair but I said I am bald thats why I do not show my hair and well that was a joke but my hijab inspired a lot of people around me. From that to this at every family function I wear hijab and everyone AlhamdulliAllah fascinates me that the girls who are ready with a-lot of makeup and hair open are given any importance over me and my sister and AlhamdulliAllah even at my medical school alot of people asked me Are you sayyid(cast of people from Muhammad saw family) I say no but I am from his ummah AlhamdulliAllah and I only pray to Allah so that I can maintain my hijab till my last breath Ameen and the main thing I want to say to every girl if you really want to do it and doing it for Allah then have the courage to stand for it for Him He will never ever leave your side ever❤️

Medicine is Fun

In the world of vanity,

You are my sun shine

Desperately waiting for your reply

Hope, you’re there waiting

Walking on the roads...

Dusty dusty roads!

Eyes searching for a face

Loving caring shining!!

Wonder when the curtains

Fall fall fall,

Showing the world you are mine

Simply mine, nobody there

Nobody here!

Just you and me busy

Thinking about each other

Smiling ,laughing ,crying together

In the autumn fall

In the blossoms of spring

In the snow fall of winter

In the sun shine of summer

You and me

Sharing each other

Caring each other

Trusting each other

Come to me come

As soon as possible

Since you are the soulmate

Come and share my youth

Come come come!!!

This poem is dedicated to my profession that is medicine ( zj writes)

Best Soulful Poetry

Main ne apne gird ek hala bana rakha hai

Meri soch ne mjhe qaidi bna rakha hai

Main kia karoon iss duniya main jee kr

Mere jism main rooh ko qaidi bna rakha hai

Meray charoon taraf hai nafraton ka dour

Mjhe tou muhabbat ne bhi mujrim bna rakha hai

Ab tou har shakas par se aitebar uth chuka hai

Ke beaitabari ne bunyadon ko hila rakha hai

Mere dil main nahin hai koi bhi

Kai main ne apne rab ko bhula rakha hai

Main khaif hoon iss waqt k chakar se

Bare bare zalimon ko khuda bna rakha hai

Main kia karoon kuch nahin keh skti inn se

Mere muashre ne mjhe aurat bana rakha hai

Mera dil bohut dukhta hai khud ko weran dekh kar

Har ek shaks ko tu tu ne firaun bna rakha hai

Mjhe nijat chahiye iss dunya se zar

Ke milta rahe ga jb tk qudrat se nibha rakha hai

MILES TO GO BEFORE I SLEEP

Everyone has a dream when they are born, some are influenced by their surroundings by their siblings or their parents, i belong to a family where a child is born he/she is fascinated by medical profession r they are told to be doctors as doctor or medicine is a noble profession thats what happened to me, from my 2 years mind to 18 years I always thought or dreamt to become doctor no one ever gave me space for choosing some other profession as were I, always wanted to become doctor when ever I thought of my future I always depicted myself to be in white lab coat sitting in a comfy chair using my stethoscope and examining my patients. For that the journey was not easy at all i studied hard, every year of school I secured ist position in mu class then came the 4 years of boards which were the most crucial as well as the most beautiful years of my life now expectations were also high from me I completed these years with positions in board now was the time for entry into a medical school I always wondered what would be the mind set of medical students I studied hard and then passed the entry test and successfully qualified and got admission in medical school and went to hostel( where i have never ever been) the whole picture was changed the medical students were no more aliens I spent 4 years in my medical school still one more to come but I am sure now that this is not the right place for me to be but if fate has taken me there it must have some reason I still wonder I should do CSS or further specialise in some specialty but as poet said “miles to go before I sleep miles to go before I sleep”

You Only Live Once

 Tragedy of life

It was a sunny day but sometimes clouds curtained the sun then blew away, warm air was blowing when she stepped out of her car with sunglasses on and white coat, it was her first day at the hospital as a house officer. She had been a brilliant student throughout her Medicine studies.

She ,with pink floral top and blue jeans with pink heals looking extremely pretty, stepped into the hospital. At the counter a nurse was sitting. With high hopes, enthusiastically moved to the counter. With loud voice she greeted and said, “hi, i am doctor ayesha i am a new house officer can you tell me the medicine ward where is it?”.The nurse guided her to the medicine ward. This hospital was new for her because she had studied MBBS in other city where she was in hostel now in her own town she was doing the work.

She went to a doctor in the medicine ward, introduced her. On interrogation she came to know that the other doctor was doctor Abid and he was working as a senior professor at the hospital. He told her to stay with him he will be going to tell her all about the hospital and staff and the patients there in the ward and Out patient department.

She was very happy joining all this and doing work for patients she had not yet treated any patient as she was only observing doctor Abid. One week after her joining she was sitting in the emergency when a patient with a serious head injury was brought to the hospital. It was her first emergency ,dr abid was there too they immediately shifted him to hospital bed. In this one week work, she observed dr abid to be a very harsh, stubborn, aggressive, negligent and proud person in-spite of his qualification he was very poor at encouraging and treating the patient with care. The patient was crying with extremely pain and dr abid was filling a pain killer in the injection. She was standing on the side observing. In medical school , it is usually taught to check the injection whether it is tight enough or not to avoid any mishaps. She was also observing him because she had seen him injecting for the first time, before only nursing staff used to do that. He passed it septically no wiping ,no check for tighting the injection.

The needle penetrated the skin and he injected the drug and when he pull it out ALAS! it was a horrifying moment the injection came out without the needle. She was terrified so was dr abid. She was shaking and all sweaty and the patient with a scream after 2 minutes died.....

Due to the doctor negligence in such a minor detail the needle was separated from the injection and got caught to the heart and the patient died of foreign body embolism. Dr abid being so stubborn and proud person told the attendants that he died because of excessive bleeding. Dr ayesha was so shocked at the incidence that she couldn’t utter a word. For several days she was under shock and decided to not to inject an injection ever in her life.

Decisions are not made by humans but by nature. One day she was sitting in the ward when emergency alert was given all the doctors were called to the emergency due to a severe fire alert. About 41 burnt people were brought to emergency. Every where there was a terror and terrible cries and burnt people crying so much that it must have shaken the sky. She was also giving first aid to all patients. She came to a child who was crying like a wee baby. Her heart was shattered into pieces when she saw his legs and arms burnt and pus was leaking from it and his whole face was wet with tears. He was a 12 years old boy and was calling for a pain relieving medicine. She called the nurse to give him a pain killing injection but the nurse said that she was treating other patients she asked her to do that. Ayesha was not capable of doing she promised herself to not to inject a syringe ever but the child was begging for a pain killer.

She tried to wait for nurses and other doctor but her broken heart did not dare to pick up a syringe. Then she was broken up into tears when the child said “please relieve my pain or else i will die i had to go back to meet my mother she is waiting for me at home”. She assembled her self by her mom’s saying that A person’s enemy is his own fear if he tries to fight that fear he will definitely take control over that.

She picked up a syringe filled it with pain killer with trembling hands and pounding heart. She was shaking so much and her forehead was sweaty she injected the injection and when she pulled it out the needle was intact. It was a big day of her life and she was so happy and joyful. That day she learnt that life is not about being afraid of your fears and tragedies that happened but life is all about crushing those fears under your feet and STEP AHEAD to become a successful person in life and face such type of horrible tragedies with courage and compassion for your own happiness and peace( zartash jan)
